Baggaley Launch 'Special Projects'
01/07/2009

Special Projects is a new initiative which will concentrate on the awarding and execution of projects up to £1.0 million in value, providing an excellent and reliable service to our customers.
John Hicklin has been appointed to lead this new, multi-disciplined team and he will take up his role as Special Projects Manager on 1st July 2009.
John will be responsible for the pricing, planning, delivery and accounts of projects which will be of a smaller value and shorter duration than the projects undertaken by our Construct division.
The new team has already secured their first job; the refurbishment of Co-op supermarket in Hasland, Chesterfield. This scheme is the first of a roll-out programme across the Midlands by the Midlands Co-operative Society and is part of our strategy to enter the Retail sector. This will be the second project John has undertaken for the Midlands Co-operative Society; he worked on the much bigger Dairy Distriubtion Unit in Derby, which was completed in 2007.
We wish John and his team great success in this new venture.
