Major Office Development hands over

Baggaley have recently completed work on the £7million Office Development project known as Lake View 2, also known as Titan House, at Sherwood Business Park in Annesley, close to junction 27 of the M1.

The contract for a major national property developer was originally £4.7million for the shell works, was increased by another £2.3million to also include the end-user client fit out of the building.

The scheme comprises of a 3 storey building which provides 40,000ft² of office accommodation plus a single storey building which has an additional 10,000ft ² of workshop space. There is also external landscaping including car parks, access roads and planting areas, with the site due for occupation in late summer.

“This is the second project which we have completed on Sherwood Park for the same client, following the completion of a new £4m warehouse and offices that we handed over in July last year,” said Mark Greasby, project manager for both projects. “Because we were able to complete the extra fit out works alongside the build means that the end user will now be able to move in to the building twelve weeks ahead of their original schedule.”
