Case Study: Repairs and Maintenance Framework
Baggaley has worked with the Guinness Trust for four years under a strategic partnering agreement. We carry out all the refurbishment of properties managed by the Trust to make sure that they reach the Government’s Decent Homes standard. We are also working on a replacement kitchen and windows programme.
By working collaboratively with the Trust over a period of time we have helped them achieve the following benefits;
