Training

Baggaley Construction has a strong dedication to the training and development of all staff and operatives. From our operatives out on site, up to our Board of Directors, we continually assess and train our employees where appropriate, ensuring that we have a 'qualified workforce' as far as possible.

Further to this, we actively seek to employ both Apprentices in all trades, and Management Trainees, and also take 'year-out' students from various Universities. Additionally, we welcome both Work Experience students and University students on the STEP Initiative each year, to encourage younger people into the Industry.

Additionally, our Executive Chairman sits on the National Board of the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board), further emphasising our commitment.
