We are dedicated to the training and development of our 200 staff and we look to employ from the local region. Currently 96% of our employees live within our 'Travel to Work' area.
We recognise the importance of our staff and the retention of an experienced and qualified workforce is critical to our success. As a result, we maintain a consistent number of management trainees, both on site and in office, and our staff turnover is lower than the national average. We also have one of the highest value 'Training to Person' ratios in the local business community.
We have been Investors in People since 1998 and our low turnover in staff is a testament to this accreditation.
